I read claims this could be useful for asthmatics, whilst I would not rule it out I would say speaking as someone with asthma myself I would probably favour Frankincense Carteri (or Rivae) and Lime over Horsemint purely because this is a little too strong in aroma even for me! However I have no doubt at all that this oil will ease sinus symptoms and act as a powerful cough suppressant. Regarding the claims it may ease headaches I think this is very possible and I advise adding 1 drop to a tissue and inhaling the aroma from the tissue for 1-2 minutes every hour as needed.

Safety Data: Not to be used at all during pregnancy. This oil must be handled with extreme care by therapists and must always be diluted heavily in carrier oil before use in massage. Keep away from eye area.
