This oil is olive green in colour and pourable but I’d suggest warming the oil first prior to use as it will be far easier to work with. Should you use wish this in a body massage I’d encourage you to use 1% Chamomile to 99% carrier oil. Chamomile absolute can be considered very soothing and calming on a physical and psychological level and will be useful in sports massage to alleviate general aches and pains.
