In aromatherapy and in my opinion it has to be diluted down and used solely in massage (accounting for between 0.25% - 1% of any massage blend as the aroma is so intense and I would not encourage this on an oil burner.

The main use is to treat stomach upsets, something Fenugreek has a proven history of in the middle eastern countries. Fenugreek is useful in a blend for treating stomach upsets and generally ridding infection such as coughs and colds.

Blended with Turmeric and Coriander the smell is pleasant and the results are almost instantaneous as these 3 essential oils have in excess of 300 components and the synergistic effects are truly outstanding
